I was impressed by how this company emailed me to show me progress on the custom faces — they even made a small change I asked for. The package came wrapped well, and nothing was damaged. I was surprised after receiving my Bobblehead today. The face looks so real, even the eyes and wrinkles. In the photos they send, you can’t really appreciate it as much as when you have it in your hand. Good job!
