How to place order:
1.Upload some head shot images: Front, Back.
2.Make sure the photos you upload is clearly enough.
3.Confirm your order and complete the check out process.
4.This item requires 7-10 business days to handcraft. We will process your order and send you sample images of your head to review and approve. The faster you approve the faster you receive your bobblehead.
Note:
1.The Stationary Head can make for any hairstyles,and the Bobble Head only can make short hairstyles.
2. If modifications are required please reply us within 48 hours, or we will deem no change is required to continue the production, to avoid further delay, while the products cannot be modified for those?who will not reply within 48 hours.
3. The ship out date of your bobblehead is directly affected by the amount of changes you might request.

Can I change the destination country of my order?
If you need to change your shipping address, please send us an email at custombobbleheadsgifts@gmail.com within 24 hours after placing order. We can help right up until the parcel is shipped. Please send email to our email address with the current shipping address on file and the address that you would like to change it to.

How will I know my order has shipped?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is ready to ship.
Please note that orders may take up to 15 business days to process before they are shipped due to customized work involved.
Once you have received this email please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking number to update.
Please keep in mind delivery dates may change due to inclement weather conditions or holiday.
What Countries do you ship to?
We happily fulfill international orders! Our production time will be the same and shipping costs vary depending on where the order is going. Depending on your home country a customs tax may be applied in addition to your shipping cost.The tariffs generated by DHL need to be borne by the buyer.
Shipping Damage
All merchandise is carefully packaged for shipment, and damage case seldom happens. If you get damaged bobbleheads, please take photos and contact us soon, we will redo it for free to replace. ( Digital photos of damaged product is necessary for our damage claims. Proofs must be sent to us within 24 hours after you get it).
Please note: Saturday, Sunday and Holidays (National) such as Christmas, Thanksgiving, July 4th do not count within the delivery time.
Package returned
The parcel usually arrives at the destination 13-15 days after delivery. In order to for courier to contact you, please keep the mobile phone free during this period. If you do not receive the package in time, it will be returned to the place of shipment. We will not be responsible for any loss caused by this reason.
Please note:
If your personalized product was re-made, your order might be delayed. Only those items that passed the quality inspection process can be sent out, with our standards and aim to supply you a perfect gift.
At this time, we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses or college dorms. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico may exceed normal delivery time.
Expedited shipping is not offered to P.O. Box shipping addresses.
We do not offer overnight shipping.
